At TheMonkeySoul, we strive to ensure a seamless and hassle-free shopping experience. Please read our Refund and Cancellation Policy carefully to understand the terms that apply to your orders.
Orders can only be cancelled if the cancellation request is made before the order is shipped. Once the order has been shipped or is out for delivery, cancellations will not be accepted.
For eligible cancellations, store credits equivalent to the order amount will be issued. These credits can be used for future purchases and will be valid for a period of 6 months.
To request a cancellation, please contact us at support@themonkeysoul.com with your order details. Our team will verify the status of your order and process your request accordingly.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for any products once they have been shipped or delivered. We recommend carefully reviewing product details, sizes, and descriptions before placing an order.
In the rare event that you receive a defective or damaged product, please notify our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving the item. Store credits may be issued if the complaint is found to be valid.
If the product you receive does not match the description or your expectations, you can reach out to our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving the item. If approved, store credits will be issued for use on your next purchase.
Store credits will be issued under the following circumstances:
Store credits are valid for 6 months from the date of issue. They cannot be redeemed for cash or transferred to another account.
Refunds to your original payment method are not offered. For eligible cases, store credits will be issued instead, ensuring you can use the credited amount for any future purchases on our Platform.
